Beautiful 17th century map of the Kingdom of Navarra, orientated with the North (France) to the right. In the top right corner the Gulf of Biskaye and Basque country, on the bottom Aragón. On the right the Pyrenees and France. Decorated with two cartouches and multiple coats of arms (Navarra, Castille, Aragón and France).
Published by W. and J. Blaeu in 1635 in Amsterdam in the French edition of their first large atlas (Atlas Novus).
Good condition, some minimal age browning and (water)staining, mainly in the margins. Wide margins, though slightly trimmed, thick paper. Original coloring un very good condition. Reverse side text in French.
