Amsterdam, West Church, Anne Frank House, Prinsengracht Commelin, 1693, Wester Kerk

Very nice large copper engraving with a view of the famous ´Westertoren´, or West Tower, (belonging to the ´Westerkerk´ or West Church) on the Prinsengracht in Amsterdam.

The Anne Frank House is nowadays located in the house that is visible on the far left.

Published in Amsterdam in 1693 in 'Beschryvinge van Amsterdam, (...)' by C. Commelin.

Title in band at the top. First state of this print. In the second state (the second was published in 1726), the band with the title at the top was removed and the title was placed in a box at the bottom of the print.
