Rare 18th-century, vintage-colored map of most of Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Southern Netherlands. It is a modified version by R. and I. Ottens of the earlier map by J. Danckerts. The most important modification is that, after the War of the Spanish Succession (1700-1714), the new division of the territories is now indicated (index at the bottom right).
Major cities on the map are Cologne, Aachen, Bonn, Brussels, Antwerp, Liège, Ghent, Leuven, Mechelen, Maastricht, Roermond, Trier, Koblenz, Nassau, Limburg, Namur, Luxembourg, and Mainz.
