Return policies

All items can be returned within 2 weeks after receiving the article, without having to give any motive or reason, as by EU consumer protection laws. You will get a full refund of the item, excluding the shipping costs. 

You have 30 days to report any problems with the item and receive a refund if the complaint is accepted. In case there is a problem with an article, for instance it doesn´t match the description, buyer gets a full refund, including all shipping costs.

Shipping costs for a return are normally for the buyer, unless there is a clear case of damage during transport. In that case, please contact us before returning the item.
